Pinar del Río
Made up by 11 municipalities, this province, Cuba’s westernmost, is characterized by a broad variety of landscapes, from cordilleras to valleys, forests and large cultivated extensions. Its capital is the city of Pinar del Río, founded in 1699, where the Milanés Theater, the Cigar and Guayabita del Pinar, a typical Pinar del Río alcoholic beverage, stand out.
